Is Basic really free?

Yes. Basic is free forever and includes the core KR Invoice Pro workflow, subject to the Basic plan usage limits.

Can I try a paid plan before subscribing?

Yes. Plus, Business and Premium include a 30-day free trial so you can use the selected plan before deciding whether to subscribe.

When does an invoice count towards my monthly allowance?

Only issued invoices count. Draft invoices do not consume your monthly invoice allowance.

What happens if my trial ends and I do not subscribe?

Your historical records remain available. Your account can move to Basic, and creation of new records may be restricted when you are above Basic limits.

What is the difference between an authorised signature and an electronic signature?

Business supports an approved company signature on supported documents. Premium adds recipient electronic-signature workflows with status, audit information and signed-document history.

Are online-payment transaction fees included in Premium?

No. Premium enables KR Invoice Pro online-payment capabilities. Gateway and transaction fees are charged separately by the payment provider.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade as your business grows. If you move to a lower plan, the new plan limits apply while your existing financial records remain available.
